FreeBSD 7.0 i386 via cvsup failed in buildkernel

Hello,

I tried to upgrade to head via the cvsup at 15:00 +3 GMT today 27, dec, 2006.

I did make cleanworld, mergemaster -p, and make -j4 buildworld
Then I tried make -j4 buildkernel

but I got this error:
