geli stops work

After I've refreshed my current box, geli(8) does not work anymore.

geli attach makes /dev/md0c.eli without a problem but I've got an error
on mount:

# mount /dev/md0c.eli /mnt1
mount: /dev/md0c.eli: Operation not permitted

What's up?
My geli disk unavailable now.
