amd64 6.1 -> CURRENT build kernel error

Hi. Please help, can't compile CURRENT on my amd64. I  use next steps:

install from CD amd64 6.1 release.
copy  (today at 03:00) cvsuped  source tree in /usr/src
compile and install new usr.sbin/config
cd /usr/src/sys/amd64/conf
cp GENERIC SAM
config SAM
cd ../compile/SAM
make cleandepend
and get error:

rm -f .depend
cd ../../../modules;
MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=/usr/src/sys/amd64/compile/SAM/modules
