Did you also tried to compile without the repdir_get* files mentioned here: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2007-July/074600.html It is reported that that also increase speed. http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2007-July/074601.html I do not know if it is save to do, but they reported nothing is wrong without the 2 files.
