wpa_supplicant and wired driver?

It would be nice if wpa_supplicant Makefile have entries for wired
driver (which is I think only supported on FreeBSD and Linux)
It is rather trivial to edit Makefile and add support for optional
wired driver(if there is no reasons to activate it by default)

BTW I tested it and it works fine.
