Set apropriate sysctl (compat.linux.osrelease=2.6.16). as far as I am informed fc6_at_2.6.16 will try to use openat() which does not exist in -CURRENT yet (it's in perforce) so I'd suggest set the osrelease to 2.6.15 instead...
