buglet in AIO/Kqueue code

in the aio kqueue filter the EV_EOF flag is always set.

is there a reason for this?

Also, the EV_ERROR bit is NOT set when there is an error.
Once again does anyone have a secret reason to not set it?

will fix if no one objects to this..
