libkse.so.0 and libkse.so.3

On the current system upgraded today, after recent repocopies of libkse,
I get:

deviant% ls -l /usr/lib/lib*kse*                                              ~
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  272190 Oct 10 13:14 /usr/lib/libkse.a
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      11 Oct 10 13:14 /usr/lib/libkse.so -> libkse.so.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  144236 Oct 10 13:14 /usr/lib/libkse.so.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  144284 Oct  3 14:55 /usr/lib/libkse.so.3

Shall the libkse.so.3 be removed ? Or, the version number for actual
libkse set to 3 instead of 0 ?
