new if_wi problem

On current I get events I never saw before. I have a dual-boot releng_6 and 
prerelease_7 and I get this soon current is up and after a while the wi card 
stops working, this events and the stop problem does not happen on releng_6

seems the function in if_wi.c is the same on both versions so I am not sure 
why this happens on currrent

what is strange I think is that it is always the same numbers, unless the last 
record after which the card stops
