NAT_T patch update for FreeBSD 7 / HEAD

Hi all.

It took me more time than what I expected to provide an updated NAT_T
patch for FreeBSD7 / HEAD, mainly because of hardware issues with my
FreeBSD7 workstation, but here are updated patches, which
applies/compiles and which seems to work correctly (not so much tested
for now, I still don't have any FreeBSD7 in production :-) on RELENG7
branch and on recent HEAD (recent means "after KAME's IPSec stack
removal").
