Problem with ATAPI device on JMicron JMB363 on 7.0-BETA1

Hi,
I've tried to install FreeBSD 7.0-BETA1/amd64 on Gigabyte P35-S3 mb with 
PATA DVD-RW drive attached to JMicron JMB363 controller.

acd0: DVDR <LITE-ON DVDRW LDW-851S/GS0P>

with hw.ata.atapi_dma=1 I got the following error messages while booting 
from CD:
acd0: TIMEOUT - READ_BIG retrying (1 retry left)
acd0: TIMEOUT - READ_BIG retrying (0 retries left)
acd0: FAILURE- READ_BIG timed out

with hw.ata.atapi_dma=0 system boots correctly, but during boot it 
output several lines like:
acd0: FAILURE - READ_BIG ILLEGAL REQUEST

overall it looks similar to kern/103602 and kern/111419 which are 
already marked as closed.
