Problems updating from 6.2-STABLE to -CURRENT

Hi!

After cvsuped my /usr/src, and looked for any "tip" into UPDATING
file, I'm running a "make buildworld" (after a make clean obj) to
obtain a -CURRENT system. But it's hanging with this error:

Well, I'm using "ccache", and I don't know if this is convenient to
this type of upgrade or not.
Also, attached to the mail are the files with the "dmesg", "uname -a"
and "pciconf -l -v" of my laptop.
