apache start-up issue?

This is weird .. any ideas?

imb_at_mail:/home/imb> sudo /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache.sh restart
apache not running? (check /var/run/httpd.pid).
Starting apache.
Syntax error on line 205 of /usr/local/etc/apache/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/libexec/apache/mod_mmap_static.so into server: 
/usr/local/libexec/apache/mod_mmap_static.so: Undefined symbol 
"ap_null_cleanup"

  .. yet ..

imb_at_mail:/home/imb> nm /usr/local/sbin/httpd | grep ap_null_cleanup
0804b290 T ap_null_cleanup
