This problem still exists for me.
It still happens with later -current and with userland installed.
But telnetd/sshd is not what triggers the problem, since it also
happens if I initially log in as non-root via syscons - even if I
become root later.
The backtrace looks always the same.
What surprises me a bit is that it also crashes non threaded processes.
