Recompiling your ports would be best but you may check installed ports first by using `/usr/ports/Tools/scripts/consistency-check' (an often overseen script). Please expect a lot of error messages as this script does the handling of symlinked files wrong (I wanted to write a patch for that problem long time ago...). You may also try a consitency check by using a shell script written by me, which is badly slow, but works similar to consistency-check: http://bsd.vwsoft.com/files/pkgcheckhealth In any doubt it is recommended to recompile ports.
