bug with BIOS USB Legacy Support enabled (was Re: USB: ums driver no longer detects Logitech mouse)

When I turn off USB Legacy Support in the BIOS, FreeBSD founds mouse 
normally (and lots of other USB devices too, unavailable with it).
What is wrong with USB Legacy Support?
