I don't think that will have an effect - lines in rc.conf aren't 
ordered. The scripts just source them and they assign variables and 
action is taken based on what is set.

I don't actually enable/disable syslog in rc.conf, I just use the 
default setting (from /etc/defaults/rc.conf)
