cannot open /proc/66986/mem

Hi,

Not sure if this is a bug or not. If you run top -a and let in run for a 
little while  you get the message "kvm_open: cannot open /proc/66986/mem"

Mounting /proc will more than likly cure this but as /proc is not 
mounted as standard it looks like a bug in top. Or should we all be 
mounting proc?
