Hi, It seems that 3CR990 controller with latest NV firmware 03.001.008 does not work with txp(4)(I accidently flashed 3CR990 controller with latest NVfirmware). I guess latest NVfirmware does not like runtime image in txp(4). Latest runtime image from 3Com seemed to fix the issue to me. I'd like to know whether controllers with old NVfrimware can work with the following patch. http://people.freebsd.org/~yongari/txp/txp.firmware.diff.gz If you're txp(4) user or suffering from firmware loading issue please give it try and let me know. P.S. I know txp(4) requires a lot of fixes for bus_dma(9) and endianness as well as TSO/WOL support. That will be handled in near future.Received on Thu Feb 05 2009 - 00:05:11 UTC
