Hi,

What I can offer is to add a USB quirk that disables the setting of the leds. 
Then you can add this by usbconfig for example.

Try adding a return before the switch() in "ukbd_set_leds_callback()" and see 
if the keyboard works like expected.

BTW: Do leds work with USB1 ?
