MIPS does define it as well. I have all the old o32 docs, but have had trouble locating the n32/n64 docs since they were done by SGI and SGI is now defunct. I know MIPS Technologies has information on nubi, which is yet another ABI family aimed more at the embedded platforms, but it hasn't had much traction.
