[patch] prevent burncd from failing when device is busy while trying to eject

Alexander Motin just committed r199050. this might fix the issue which was
being addressed by the patches i posted beforehand.

i'll test to see if r199050 indeed takes care of the problem. for now please
ignore the patches i posted beforehand.
