I can't give you an exact revision (sources were obtained with csup) but 
r197869 should be pretty close. Arts was build using ports/audio/arts 
(version 1.5.10_2,1).
Another PC running RELENG_8 (amd64) from Sep. 24 also has a working arts (same 
version, also compiled/installed via ports).
