Yet you assumed I didn't know any of them, took no care in finding out
the answer to at least even one of your presumptions and decided that
the best way to find out was to throw Shapiro's name on me and tell me
to RTFM instead of coming up with a straight answer to a straight
question?.

So much for the Occam's razor principle ...

Anyways .. this is way OT and I'm no longer willing to discuss it.
