8.0RC1: Xfce4 clock does not work

The clock in xfce4.6.1 stands still.

How to repeat:
- Add clock and orage clock (both digital) to panel. Both clocks show the  
time.
- wait 10 minutes
- boths clocks now differ by 10 minutes.
