Since net.inet.tcp.always_keepalive and net.inet.tcp.rfc1323 should be
one by default, it should be enough that setting them to zero when
tcp_keepalive and tcp_extensions is NO.  However, it seems that there
is a bug in testing tcp_extensions.  I heard from hrs_at_ that he is
working on this issue.
