What were you doing when you triggered the interrupt problem without
running X?  Was there a lot of network, audio device, or disk activity
at the time? Are these failures without X consistently reproducible,
or unpredictable?  Can you remember the revision number of the last
version of -CURRENT that didn't have these problems?
