Up for a little more than an hour now, no problems. Blah, spoke too soon. After having been up for a few hours the system froze. I hard-booted it, fsck'ed, then it froze again during boot. The nvidia driver seems to have something to do with it, even though I recompiled it against the new kernel sources. I've gone back to r209633, which I ran all day yesterday and left running through last evening without any problems, even with the new nvidia driver. Can't say for sure that your change is what's causing the problem though ...
