[HEADSUP]: commit that makes nfs_lock.c a separate module

I will soon be committing a change to head that makes
sys/nfsclient/nfs_lock.c into a separate module. Once this
commit goes in, a kernel will need to be rebuilt from
 	config <KERNEL_CONF>
on, since the build glue will have changed.
