I think there is something wrong either with the hardware or something in the driver, because searching in Google for "acer aspire one mic" I found a lot of complaints about the internal mic not working, for example in Ubuntu it needs some special tweaking: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=952568 https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AspireOneAOD250 (the last one speaks about some alsa driver) What do you think about?
