WITHOUT_BIND=true and `make delete-old`

hi there,

just wanted to ask if the following entries from

BSD.include.dist: "lwres"

and

BSD.usr.dist: "bind9" (including arm and misc)

could be moved to BIND.chroot.dist so `make delete-old` doesn't have to remove
those directories after every installworld and WITHOUT_BIND=true?
