After rebuild world+kernel with gcc and reboot everything
back to normal:

garga_at_botelhor:~> perl testes/tmp.pl
/tmp/MfmvMiztew
garga_at_botelhor:~> perl testes/tmp.pl
/tmp/M4xIxsTxlc

I'm using perl-5.12.2_2
