Thanks a bunch Gary.

That is great information.  I'm going to try that on my browsers.   
Flash can be a real pain in . . . . the neck.

I have it working now with Ariff's correction putting
machdep.disable_mtrrs=1
in loader.conf rebooting and all is now well.
