Mbuf: m_prepend & M_PREPEND packet header length difference problem

Hi,

The M_PREPEND macro updates m_pkthdr.len. But m_prepend does not
update it. m_sanity function complains if I run m_prepend.

Why doesnt m_prepend update m_pkthdr.len?
