amd64. param.h might be the problem:

otaku% grep PAST_END /usr/git-freebsd-head/sys/sys/param.h
#define __PAST_END(array, offset) (((typeof(*(array)) *)(array))[offset])
otaku% grep PAST_END /usr/include/sys/param.h

...maybe copying /usr/git-freebsd-head/sys/sys/param.h to /usr/include/sys
manually will solve the issue?
