See email archive for long story. The short story. You did not have kerberos on your system, which means that compile_et is not present in /usr/bin. Now, you want kerberos and kerberos does not build compile_et as a bootstrap tool. So, now you need to manually install compile_et. The fun really begins because you need some header/library from kerberos to build compile_et. So, once you figure out which header/library you need, you build and install it. Then build and install compile_et. And, finally, you can make world. -- SteveReceived on Fri Feb 15 2013 - 05:03:22 UTC
