system 20% busy at all times?

Hi,

I have a system running -CURRENT that in top(1) is showing ~20% CPU usage for the system at all times. Any ideas what could be causing this, or how I would go about diagnosing this further? Nothing in the logs.

Thanks,
Lars

PS: dmesg attached, in case it helps:
