-CURRENT userland regression

     Hi, 
I have the same issues with  FreeBSD 10.0-CURRENT #0 r247035. I completed the 
buildworld process and was able to install kernel. When I rebooted and 
attmpted to installworld, I got the same surprise that everyone got. I was 
able to get in the system using SAFE MODE.
