Since loader is in /sys/ which I have updated to -HEAD and done a full
buildworld/buildkernel cycle, can I rule loader out, or did I missed
something? (my experiment was to update src/ to a certain revision,
then update src/sys/ to latest, then a full buildworld buildkernel)

I do not have console access and had some other tasks yesterday so I
didn't continue the tests further but will do it today.
