.history

Hi!

My system:

FreeBSD lumiwa.farms.net 10.0-ALPHA1 FreeBSD 10.0-ALPHA1 #0 r255501: Fri Sep

And my question is why I have in /root/.history and in user the same, after 
restart computer something like this:

Is it something related with Alpha version?
