Did you build graphics/dri with WITH_GALLIUM=yes in your /etc/make.conf?

If you don't have WITH_GALLIUM, try to define it and rebuild graphics/dri.

If you already have it or if, after adding it, the problem is still
there, could you please try with Mesa taken from the experimental branch
of the xorg-dev Subversion repository?

Here's the address:
svn co https://trillian.chruetertee.ch/svn/ports/branches/experimental/

After the checkout, add WITH_NEW_MESA=yes to /etc/make.conf, remove
WITH_GALLIUM (this is a standard port option in xorg-dev) and reinstall
the following ports from the checkout (in this order):
    graphics/libdrm
    graphics/libglapi
    graphics/libGL
graphics/libEGL (if you have it installed)
    graphics/dri
