pkg-static: sqlite: foreign key constraint failed

On FreeBSD CURRENT
(FreeBSD 11.0-CURRENT #0 r268015: Sun Jun 29 11:44:42 CEST 2014 amd64)
with a most recent set of installed ports and ports tree, I receive this sticky problem
when updating one port:

===>  Installing for windowmaker-0.95.5_4
===>   Registering installation for windowmaker-0.95.5_4
Installing windowmaker-0.95.5_4...pkg-static: sqlite: foreign key constraint failed
*** Error code 70

Is there a way to repair this problem? I tried to reinstall everything windowmaker
related and/or deinstall windowmaker completely and reinstall it but this error messages
remains.
