I'm not sure what the permissions of those files should really be, but 
this is likely what you want in mailer.conf:

sendmail        /usr/libexec/dma
send-mail       /usr/libexec/dma
mailq           /usr/libexec/dma

and rc.conf:

sendmail_enable="NO"
sendmail_submit_enable="NO"
sendmail_outbound_enable="NO"
sendmail_msp_queue_enable="NO"
