Kernel crashes from turnstile_broadcast (/usr/src/sys/kern/subr_turnstile.c:837)

Hi all,

I would like to ask for someone with the internal knowledge of the
subsystem to take a look at the following bug:

This has been triggering on over a dozen FreeBSD 11.0 (OPNSense 17.1)
installations in the field within two weeks of having been updated
to 11.0.

What debug info do you need and how can we otherwise help?
