RTLD busted in 13-CURRENT/amd64

Hey All,

Looks like the RTLD is segfaulting apps for me in 13-CURRENT/amd64
both on bare metal and in bhyve. I don't have the time right now to
bisect the commit.

On a related note: I love ZFS boot environments. Thanks, FreeBSD, for
making ZFS a first-class citizen.
