kernel build dies with "unknown option"

	On a system running:

FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT r343080 16 Jan 2019  amd64

	I updated the source tree as of midnight US Eastern time, then
ran buildworld.  That completed successfully.
	Then:

huff_at_jerusalem> make buildkernel KERNCONF=JERUSALEM
