Least it would warrant for is a warning in the mfi/mfiutil manpage that mrsas is a lot more modern and that it should be prefered is user has no specific reason to select mfi. And perhaps it is too complicated in the build of the boot images for isos and sticks, but there it would help a lot. Now booting with this controller and disk in the system leads to a panic.
