Can you check whether the directory /usr/lib/clang/x.y.z exists, where x.y.z is the version printed by "cc -v" ? If that directory does not exist, the easiest fix is probably to use a toolchain port to bootstrap, or alternatively restore the toolchain directories from a 13-CURRENT snapshot. -Dimitry
