Hi, I run 'make -j 32 buildkernel' to stressing my fresh 5.2-RC installation a little bit and saw some strange pids in a 'ps ax'. (The output of 'ps ax' is stripped down.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 24111 p2 S+ 0:00.81 make -j 32 buildkernel KERNCONF=NEMESIS-UP 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) 0 p2 ZW+ 0:00.00 (sh) ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The system seems very stable and responding to me while the make process is running in the background. I am not sure about this. Maybe its a problem. best regards, Gordon -- Gordon Bergling <GBergling_at_bsd-network.org> http://www.0xFCE3.net/ PGP Fingerprint: 7732 9BB1 5013 AE8B E42C 28E0 93B9 D32B C76F 02A0 RIPE-HDL: MDTP-RIPE "There is no place like 127.0.0.0/8"Received on Mon Dec 08 2003 - 11:12:13 UTC
