Unsure if this is a known problem or not - from cvsup'ed source as of today. As a sidenote, I've got 5.0-R sparc64 running pretty well on a Tatung Compstation U10 (mostly consistent with an Ultra 10, but without the ide and with an onboard scsi controller + standard atx case/ps), so it could probably be added to the supported systems list if it hasn't already. Anyhow, error message below: -------------------------------------------------------------- >>> stage 4: populating /usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/usr/include -------------------------------------------------------------- cd /usr/src; MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=/usr/obj MACHINE_ARCH=sparc64 MACHINE=sparc64 C PUTYPE= GROFF_BIN_PATH=/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/legacy/usr/bin GROFF_FONT_PATH =/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/legacy/usr/share/groff_font GROFF_TMAC_PATH=/usr/obj/ usr/src/sparc64/legacy/usr/share/tmac DESTDIR=/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64 INSTALL ="sh /usr/src/tools/install.sh" PATH=/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/legacy/usr/sbin:/ usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/legacy/usr/bin:/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/legacy/usr/games :/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/usr/sbin:/usr/obj/usr/src/sparc64/usr/bin:/usr/obj/usr /src/sparc64/usr/games:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin make -f Makefile.inc1 SHARE D=symlinks par-includes ===> share/info cd /usr/src/share/info; make buildincludes; make installincludes ===> include cd /usr/src/include; make buildincludes; make installincludes creating osreldate.h from newvers.sh setvar PARAMFILE /usr/src/include/../sys/sys/param.h; . /usr/src/include/../sys /conf/newvers.sh; echo "$COPYRIGHT" > osreldate.h; echo "#ifdef _KERNEL" >> osreldate.h; echo '# error "/usr/include/osreldate.h cannot be used in the kernel, use sys/param.h"' >> osreldate.h; echo "#else" >> osreldate.h; echo \# 'undef __FreeBSD_version' >> osreldate.h; echo \#'define __FreeBSD_versio n' $RELDATE >> osreldate.h; echo "#endif" >> osreldate.h ===> include/arpa ===> include/protocols ===> include/rpcsvc make: don't know how to make nlm_prot.x.
